Non-Religious in Yakima

Yakima has several Christian churches, but not all of Yakima is Christian.

Unitarian Universalist Church of Yakima
From their website: “Our growth and actions as thoughtful, compassionate, and ethical human beings advance our humanist vision of a world of peace and love, dignity and equality, freedom and justice.” UU are “privileged to believe the believable” and the church doesn’t insist upon any specific dogma. A stand-up comic once said “a UU is an atheist, with kids.” And Yakima’s UU congregation has a children’s program that teaches kids about all religions, urging them to use their minds and logic.

If there are other non Christian assemblies in Yakima, consider leaving their information in the comment area below, I’ll add a snippet to the end of this article including them. I know we have a bahai, but I don’t know what it is (sorry)
